How Does this Work
for a Seller?
A seller can elect
the consulting model and pay a portion of the property listing fees
up front. This is non-refundable compensation for our real estate
agent to do up-front listing tasks:
- Getting a Comparative Market Analysis and pricing assistance
- Having photos and virtual tours prepared and posted online
After the up-front
payment for services, sellers can pay hourly or based on packaged
prices for contract negotiation and closing services.
How Does this Work
for Buyers?
If a buyer,
particularly a real estate investor who is involved in many
transactions, wants to save money on a property purchase, he can opt
for the consulting model. This will allow him options that include:
- Paying hourly to be shown properties for sale
- Pay the consultant hourly for transactional services
